HEXI RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to love everything you find at HEXI. If something’s not quite right, we offer returns in the form of store credit or item exchange only.


Eligibility:

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of purchase.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

  • All sale, perishable, and intimate items are final sale.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable.

  • If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your store credit.

  • For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of returned items.

 

Exchanges:

If you’re exchanging for a different size or item, the delivery time may vary depending on your location.
